HEY YA’LL.
Guess what? I got a UKULELE.
Okay, yeah, it’s a long story. So… Right now, at school, I’m taking music elective. In music, we learn about different instruments and such, and last week it was ukulele week. I thought it’d just be some fun week where I’d learn how to play a new instrument, but no no no. It was more than that.
Everyone got their own ukulele, and mine was actually one of the best. Mine said “Makai” at the top, since that’s what the brand name was, so I just named her Makai. :) So, I took Makai home, I practiced ukulele for my test at the end of the week, and I actually grew really close to the ukulele. It was like a connection. I fell in love with the ukulele. I almost cried when I had to give her back to the music teacher.
So, I was begging my mom all weekend to get my own ukulele. I swear, I loved that thing, and I really wanted one of my own. ;) My mom agreed to pay for half, and I’d pay for the other half, and now I have my own uke! :D :D :D I was like, so happy. I can even play Twinkle, Twinkle Litter Star. :o
Isn’t she awesome? She’s made of mahogany. :D

Oh, and I’m in the middle of making a new layout and adding new pages and just kind of working a bit on the site, so expect some new stuff soon. :)
