Ohi.
Yeahhh I’ve been kind of neglecting my website, but it’s okay, cos SUMMER IS HERE! I’ve been waiting for this moment all year. It feels so good to know that I don’t have any homework, I don’t have to go to school, and I can do whatever I want. :’)
My last day was last Thursday, and the day after I went camping with a few of my friends for a couple days, which was why I wasn’t updating anything. We had such an awesome time, it was amaaazinggg. And I took loads of pictures, which I will upload either tomorrow or the day after. Seriously, it was super duper pretty there.
But, sadly, there was no service for my cell phone, no internet for my laptop, no electronics, and no showers. Luckily, there was a flushing toilet, so no port-o-potties were necessary. But guess where I had to take a bath? In the freezing cold river. Not to mention, there was quite a bit of dirt in the river, so it wasn’t exactly “bathing” anyways.
Though, I have to say, I did have a really great time. It was so nice to actually have a break from all my electronics, to be honest. I felt so free and non-worrisome. :3 I’ll have to do it again sometime.
But, I have to start “work” next week. : I’m volunteering to help with a kids summer program thing. :) I get community service hours for it, which is the only reason I’m doing it at all, so at least I’ll have that taken care of for next year already. Wish me luck. I’m not too good with kids.
